Daniel Cox & Skarlet Starlet first made contact mid-2013. They’re both really into Grimes (and other artists) and had the idea to simply try making a song together. That became Skin & Bone, which led to more songs, an EP and two music videos – all without them ever meeting in person. Skarlet lives in Atlanta, US, and Daniel lives in England.

They’ve been working on their upcoming full length album since April 2014. It’s shaping up to be a very dark, sexual, spooky-pop-super-queer beast of a record. With much more focus on complex productions and ambitious vocals and lyrics than their previous output.
