I ritratti dell’artista americano Scott Scheidly rappresentano una serie d’immagini rivisitate di tiranni, dittatori e papi.

Ogni ritratto è racchiuso in una cornice fucsia: da Hitler con orecchino e spilla a cuore, a Giovanni Paolo II con stuola leopardata.

Recentemente le opere di Scheidly sono state esposte alla Spoke Art Galley di San Francesco.

Il suo curatore ha commentato: “I lavori di Scheidly fanno rivivere alcuni dei personaggi più famosi della storia offrendo nuovi spunti di riflessione sulla loro virilità e sul loro potere”.
